Sell, rent, or sub-license material from International Nurse
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from International Nurse
Redistribute content from International Nurse
3. Affiliation with Competing Agencies or Educational Programs
3.1. Definitions:
Affiliation: Any formal or informal relationship with another entity, including but not limited to partnerships, employment, consultancy, or advisory roles.
Competing Agencies or Educational Programs: Any entity or program that offers similar services or manages services related to those provided by International Nurse.
3.2. Prohibited Activities:
Sharing proprietary information, strategies, or any confidential material of International Nurse with competing agencies or educational programs.
Participating in projects, initiatives, or business dealings may result in a conflict of interest with the International Nurse.
3.3. If you are found to be affiliated with any competing agencies or educational programs providing similar services or that are fully or partly managing them, International Nurse will revoke your license without any warning. In such cases, you will not be eligible for any fee or refund for the money paid.
3.4. Revocation of access may include but is not limited to the termination of contracts, denial of access to proprietary systems, and withdrawal of any benefits or privileges granted.
4. Hyperlinking to Our Content
4.1. The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:
Government agencies;
Search engines;
News organizations;
Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses and
System-wide Accredited Businesses may not hyperlink to our website except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups.
